Stayed at a 5-star hotel recently and the experience was luxurious. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations and the private facilities were amazing. the location was convenient and allowed for easy access to all the city had to offer.
The service at the hotel could use some improvement. While minor, there was some confusion with my order at the restaurant.

The staff (breakfast). At each breakfast, they had to be reminded that they had forgotten something. Completely exaggerated prices (9 USD per egg)!
